INDIANAPOLIS, June 25, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc. (âIEAâ or the âCompanyâ) (NASDAQ: IEA), a leading infrastructure construction company with specialized expertise in the energy and heavy civil engineering, today announced the appointment of Erin J. Roth as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, with immediate effect.
Ms. Roth has over twenty years of legal experience, most recently as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Strada Education Network, a national social impact organization dedicated to research, philanthropy and solutions that align education and careers. Prior to Strada, she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Wabash National Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturer listed on the NYSE, and was in private practice in Indiana and Washington, DC with Barnes & Thornburg LLP. She received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in accounting from Butler University.
Ms. Roth replaces Gil Melman who has left to pursue other opportunities.
